Requirements:

• Graduate of marketing and/or related studies

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of graphic programs is desirable
• Proficiency in navigating the Internet, ability to quickly retrieve information necessary for the assigned task.

Job description:

• Participation in the preparation and coordination of documentation flow related to the investment process
• Participation in the process of obtaining administrative permits
• Cooperation with contractors, designers, surveyors and other participants of the investment process
• Participation in creating and monitoring project schedules;
• Verification, analysis and giving opinions on projects;
• Participating in coordination meetings in the office and on site;
• Document administration (notes, correspondence, concepts, material cards etc.);
• Coordination of tenant changes;
• Participation in the preparation of reports to the Management Board on the progress of investments;
• Cooperation with internal departments of the company;
• Preparation and coordination of documentation related to the completion of the building and obtaining the Occupancy Permit
• Support of the Development Project Manager in everyday work

Requirements:

• Higher education, at least engineering in electrical specialization, construction, architecture, environmental engineering and related
• Experience in construction desirable (preferred design office or development or construction companies) –
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad- necessary condition
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Knowledge of the investment process
• Commitment and focus on achieving set goals within the set time
