  • Obtaining the required administrative and construction permits
  • Conducting investments according to the schedule, budget and planned quality standards
  • Project budget management
  • Partial and final acceptance in entrusted investments and obtaining permits for use.
  • Documenting and reporting of the tasks performed
  • Settlement of the entire investment according to the schedule and budget assumptions as well as timely removal of facility faults
  • Representing the investor, enforcement from contractors to fulfill the obligations arising from the terms of the contract

Requirements:
