Pursuant to Art. 13 ust. 1−2 Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) 2016/679 z 27.04.2016 r. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws. EU L 119, s. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR – we inform you, That:

1. Personal data administrator
   Real Development Group sp. z o.o. sp. k. based in Łódź with the address at ul. Traktorowa 126 lok. 501, 91-204 Łódź (tel.42 659-55-66, mail: [email protected]) we are the Administrator of your personal data.
2. Purposes and basis of processing
   The purposes for processing your data have been specified. As the administrator, we will process your data based on your consent (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) to provide information about new projects, which will be or are being published on www.realdevelopment.pl, including sending information about promotions regarding these projects.
3. The right to withdraw consent
   You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal.
4. Data storage period
   Your personal data will be processed for a period of time 48 months, this is the time justified by the possibility of the investment lasting from its planning until the sale of all properties. After this period, your data will be deleted.
5. Data recipients
   Your personal data may be disclosed:  entities from our capital group, the MRT Philosohy sp. capital group related to us. zo.o., people cooperating with us in the sales department.
6. Rights of persons, to which the data relatesIn accordance with GDPR, you are entitled to it:
   1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
   2. the right to rectification (correcting) your data;
   3. the right to delete data, restrictions on data processing;
   4. the right to object to data processing;
   5. the right to transfer data;
   6. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
7. Information about the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data
   Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the conclusion of the sales contract and its subsequent proper execution and settlement.

Data processing will not be carried out in an automated manner.
